How to ask

Write to us within 30 days of buying, from the email address you bought with, or with your order number. We refund the full price to the card or account you paid with.

If something is broken

Tell us that instead. We would rather fix it than take your money back. But the refund is there either way.

From the Microsoft Store

The same 30 days apply. You bought your key on our website, so the refund comes from us, not from Microsoft.
